超表面相位調(diào)控原理及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:超構(gòu)表面是一種基于亞波長結(jié)構(gòu)的功能膜層器件,也稱超表面或二維超構(gòu)材料。超構(gòu)表面可在平面化的亞波長結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)產(chǎn)生異常的相位突變,從而為包括大口徑平面成像、電磁虛擬賦形、大視場全息顯示等應(yīng)用提供有效手段。與傳統(tǒng)的光學(xué)器件相比,超構(gòu)表面器件具有亞波長尺度相位、振幅、偏振任意調(diào)控,輕薄、易集成、低損耗、表面可共形設(shè)計等諸多優(yōu)點,因而受到廣泛關(guān)注。本文對超構(gòu)表面的相位調(diào)控原理進行分析,并據(jù)此對現(xiàn)有的超構(gòu)表面進行分類,同時介紹了各類超構(gòu)表面器件的特點和應(yīng)用,最后對超構(gòu)表面領(lǐng)域面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及有待進一步拓展的方向進行展望。
[Abstract]:Superstructure surface is a kind of functional film device based on subwavelength structure, which is also called supersurface or two-dimensional superstructure material. The superstructure surface can produce abnormal phase changes in the plane subwavelength structure, which provides an effective means for the applications including large aperture plane imaging, electromagnetic virtual shaping, large field holographic display and so on. Compared with traditional optical devices, superstructure surface devices have many advantages, such as sub-wavelength phase, amplitude, arbitrary control of polarization, lightweight, easy to integrate, low loss, conformal surface design and so on. In this paper, the phase control principle of the superstructure surface is analyzed, and the existing superstructure surface is classified according to this principle. The characteristics and applications of various kinds of superstructure surface devices are also introduced. Finally, the challenges in the field of superstructure surface and the direction to be further developed are prospected.
