【摘要】:吸氣劑是真空絕熱板(Vacuum insulation panel,VIP)的重要組件之一,尤其是對于玻璃纖維芯材與有機(jī)泡沫芯材不可缺少,因?yàn)檫@些芯材的VIP導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)對壓力變化比較敏感。本文以玻璃纖維芯材的VIP為研究背景,通過對板內(nèi)殘余氣體成分分析,開發(fā)了一種復(fù)合型吸氣劑,研究了吸氣劑的化學(xué)組分、制備工藝及性能參數(shù),利用自制系統(tǒng)測試了吸氣劑的吸氣性能,探討了吸氣劑的吸附過程與吸附機(jī)理。將該吸氣劑用于玻璃纖維芯材的VIP中,并與未使用吸氣劑的VIP進(jìn)行對比分析,結(jié)果表明該吸氣劑能夠使VIP的初始導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)更低、使用壽命更長。
[Abstract]:Getter is one of the important components of vacuum insulation panel VIP, especially for glass fiber core and organic foam core, because the thermal conductivity of these core materials is sensitive to pressure change. In this paper, based on VIP of glass fiber core, a compound getter was developed by analyzing the residual gas in the plate. The chemical composition, preparation process and properties of the getter were studied. The adsorption process and adsorption mechanism of getter were investigated by means of self-made system. The getter is used in VIP of glass fiber core and compared with VIP without getter. The results show that the getter can make the initial thermal conductivity of VIP lower and the service life longer.
