CNG-2型氣瓶纏繞層樹脂開裂影響因素研究

【摘要】:針對CNG氣瓶在自緊工藝中纏繞層會產(chǎn)生一定的樹脂開裂這一問題,討論復合材料本身屬性對纏繞層樹脂開裂的影響。提出一種多尺度建模方法,利用微觀力學的方法探討纏繞層的含膠量和纖維直徑對樹脂開裂程度的影響。結(jié)果表明樹脂開裂程度隨著含膠量的增大而減少,在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的含膠量范圍內(nèi),含膠量為34%時樹脂開裂程度最小。在含膠量為34%時,利用多尺度模型研究了纖維直徑對樹脂開裂程度的影響,結(jié)果表明纖維直徑對樹脂開裂程度幾乎沒有影響。由于含膠量是由纏繞張力控制的,因此合理控制纏繞張力可以減少樹脂開裂程度。實驗驗證了模型的準確性并為研究提供了參考,該研究可為改進CNG-2氣瓶生產(chǎn)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the winding layer of CNG gas cylinder will produce a certain resin cracking in the self-tightening process, the effect of the properties of the composite material on the cracking of the winding layer resin is discussed. A multi-scale modeling method is proposed to study the effects of rubber content and fiber diameter of the winding layer on the cracking degree of the resin by means of micromechanics. The results show that the cracking degree of resin decreases with the increase of rubber content. In the range of rubber content produced by enterprises, the cracking degree of resin is the least when the content of rubber content is 34. The influence of fiber diameter on the cracking degree of resin was studied by using multi-scale model when the content of rubber was 34. The results showed that the diameter of fiber had little effect on the cracking degree of resin. Because the rubber content is controlled by the winding tension, the degree of resin cracking can be reduced by reasonably controlling the winding tension. The experimental results verify the accuracy of the model and provide a reference for the research, which can provide theoretical basis for improving CNG-2 cylinder production.
