豬跟腱膠原蛋白海綿的制備

【摘要】:目的為了更好利用豬跟腱資源,提高其附加值及拓寬膠原在包裝方面的應(yīng)用,探討豬跟腱膠原蛋白海綿的制備及該海綿對(duì)乙醇的吸附作用。方法采用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)考察豬跟腱膠原蛋白濃度、甘油含量、澆注厚度對(duì)力學(xué)性能的影響,并考察海綿孔隙率和時(shí)間對(duì)乙醇吸附性能的影響。結(jié)果當(dāng)膠原的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1%,甘油的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.6%,澆注厚度為5 mm時(shí),制備的海綿抗張強(qiáng)度為210.91 k Pa,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率為6.98%,此工藝條件下制備的海綿孔隙率為91.19%,30 d乙醇吸附量為416.32 mg/g,吸附量與海綿的孔隙率成正相關(guān)。結(jié)論豬跟腱膠原蛋白在此工藝下制備的海綿比其他動(dòng)物膠原蛋白海綿的抗張強(qiáng)度高,且對(duì)乙醇具有吸附作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the preparation of porcine Achilles tendon sponge and its adsorption effect on ethanol in order to make better use of pig Achilles tendon resource, increase its added value and broaden the application of collagen in packaging. Methods the effects of collagen concentration, glycerol content and pouring thickness on the mechanical properties of pig Achilles tendon were investigated by single factor experiment. The effects of porosity and time of sponge on the adsorption of ethanol were investigated. Results when the mass fraction of collagen was 1%, the mass fraction of glycerol was 0.6 mm, and the thickness of pouring was 5 mm, The tensile strength and elongation at break of the prepared sponge are 210.91 kPA and 6.98 respectively. Under this condition, the porosity of the sponge is 91.19 ~ 30 d, the adsorption capacity of ethanol is 416.32 mg / g, and the adsorption capacity is positively correlated with the porosity of the sponge. Conclusion the collagen of pig Achilles tendon prepared by this process has higher tensile strength than that of other animal collagen sponges and can adsorb ethanol.
