交聯(lián)改性水性聚氨酯的合成及在半PU面層中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:半PU合成革是近十年來發(fā)展的一種新型合成革制品,它是在普通PVC合成革的基礎(chǔ)上,以PVC糊樹脂為中間發(fā)泡層,再以聚氨酯(PU)為面層,同時采用PU貼合料與基布復合,這種復合材料的結(jié)構(gòu)寄保留了 PU材料的手感、耐磨、耐候的優(yōu)良性質(zhì),而PVC占到80wt%以上,組合了 PU/PVC兩種不同材料的優(yōu)點。然而目前國內(nèi)外公開的專利大多數(shù)是以聚醚多元醇、聚己二酸系列聚酯多元醇和多異氰酸酯為合成原料,其合成原料反應(yīng)復雜,需要昂貴的催化劑,且常溫下為蠟狀,生產(chǎn)時需預先加熱,無疑增加工序與能耗。因此尋找一種常溫下易于加工、新型環(huán)保的低聚物多元醇為主要原料,通過化學改性方法制備出綜合性能優(yōu)良的水性聚氨酯乳液,并應(yīng)用于半PU面層材料,是本文的研究指向。本課題以異佛爾酮異氰酸酯IPDI,非結(jié)晶性聚碳酸亞丙酯二醇PPC,陰離子型親水擴鏈劑2,2-二羥甲基丙酸(DMPA),內(nèi)交聯(lián)劑三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)及中和劑三乙胺(TEA)為主要原料,以環(huán)氧樹脂(E-44)為交聯(lián)改性劑,通過自乳化法制備出一種改性內(nèi)交聯(lián)型WPU乳液;乳液及膠膜通過紅外、激光粒度儀、拉力試驗機測試,表征了 WPU的化學結(jié)構(gòu)、乳液粒徑、膠膜力學性能。結(jié)果表明:交聯(lián)改性后的PPC-WPU熱穩(wěn)定性、貯存穩(wěn)定性均有所提高,當R值(n(-NCO) /n(-OH)) =1.5 左右,DMPA 含量在 7.8%,E-44 含量為 4%, TMP含量2%時,所得涂膜的100%模量為6.4MPa,拉伸強度36.8MPa,斷裂伸長率630%,吸水率為9.8%。將改性內(nèi)交聯(lián)型WPU乳液應(yīng)用于半PU面層材料時,一些水性助劑的添加必不可少,以滿足不同的產(chǎn)品性能。本課題采用離型紙轉(zhuǎn)移法刮涂面料,對半PU面層材料的主要助劑及漿料配方做了相應(yīng)討論。結(jié)果表明:0.5-1.0%的消泡劑 F6、0.75%的流平劑 F3、0.5-1.0%的助剝劑 SI-2046、0.5-1.0%的增稠劑 Ps-166、5-8%的水性顏料與WPU乳液配伍良好,E-44改性的內(nèi)交聯(lián)型聚碳酸亞丙酯基水性聚氨酯乳液制備的半PU面層樹脂,具有更佳的耐磨耐折、耐水耐熱性能,轉(zhuǎn)移時對離型紙表面無損傷。經(jīng)溫度70℃C、濕度95%/168H恒溫恒濕條件測試后,性能保持率高,是符合企業(yè)要求的新型水性半PU合成革制品。
[Abstract]:Semi-pu synthetic leather is a new kind of synthetic leather product developed in recent ten years. It is based on ordinary PVC synthetic leather, taking PVC paste resin as intermediate foaming layer and polyurethane PUU as surface layer. The structure of the composite retains the excellent properties of pu material, such as handle, wear resistance and weathering resistance, while PVC accounts for more than 80 wt%, which combines the advantages of two different materials, PU/ PVC. However, most of the patents published at home and abroad use polyether polyol, polyadipic acid series polyester polyol and polyisocyanate as raw materials. Production needs to be pre-heated, no doubt increase the process and energy consumption. Therefore, it is the research direction of this paper to find a new type of environmentally friendly oligomer polyol, which is easy to process at room temperature, and to prepare the waterborne polyurethane emulsion with good comprehensive properties by chemical modification method and apply it to the semi-pu surface layer material. In this paper, isophorone isocyanate IPDIA, non-crystalline polypropylenediol carbonate (PPCs), anionic hydrophilic chain extender 2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPAA), internal crosslinking agent trimethylolpropane (TMP) and neutralizer triethylamine (tea) were used as main raw materials. A modified internal crosslinked WPU emulsion was prepared by self-emulsifying method with epoxy resin E-44) as crosslinking modifier. The chemical structure and particle size of WPU were characterized by IR, laser particle size analyzer and tensile force tester. Mechanical properties of the film. The results showed that the thermal stability and storage stability of the modified PPC-WPU were improved. When the content of DMPA was about 1.5% and the content of TMP was 4%, the content of TMP was 2%. The 100% modulus of the film is 6.4 MPA, the tensile strength is 36.8 MPA, the elongation at break is 630 and the water absorption is 9.8. When the modified internal crosslinked WPU emulsion is applied to the semi-pu surface layer, the addition of some waterborne additives is necessary to meet the different properties of the product. In this paper, the main auxiliary agents and slurry formula of semi-pu surface material are discussed. The results showed that the semi-pu surface layer resin prepared by WPU emulsion was well compatible with WPU emulsion and WPU emulsion, which was prepared by leveling agent F3N 0.5-1.0% SI-2046U 0.5-1.0% thickener Ps-1665-8% and WPU emulsion modified by WPU emulsion.
