多價金屬與丙烯酸自交聯(lián)包覆改性鋁粉

【摘要】:通過丙烯酸(AA)原位聚合制備包覆鋁粉,并引入多價金屬自交聯(lián)體系得到自交聯(lián)聚丙烯酸包覆鋁粉,考察了AA用量、m(Zn~(2+))∶m(AA)與反應(yīng)溫度對自交聯(lián)聚丙烯酸包覆鋁粉緩蝕效率的影響。結(jié)果表明:在AA用量為0.5 g,m(Zn~(2+))∶m(AA)大于0.3,溫度為95℃時,制備的自交聯(lián)聚丙烯酸包覆鋁粉的緩蝕效率達90%以上。傅里葉變換紅外光譜、析氫實驗、掃描電子顯微鏡以及X-射線光電子能譜表明,聚丙烯酸包覆在鋁粉上,且鋁粉上的聚丙烯酸上發(fā)生了交聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Aluminum powder coated with polyacrylic acid was prepared by in-situ polymerization of acrylic acid, and polyvalent metal self-crosslinking system was introduced to obtain self-crosslinked polyacrylic acid coated aluminum powder. The effects of the amount of AA and reaction temperature on the corrosion inhibition efficiency of aluminum powder coated with self-crosslinking polyacrylic acid were investigated. The results show that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the self-crosslinked polyacrylic acid coated aluminum powder is more than 90% when the amount of AA is 0.5 g / m ~ (2 +) and the temperature is 95 鈩,
