不同熱處理?xiàng)l件下Bi-2212超導(dǎo)線材的臨界性能研究

【摘要】:Bi-2212高溫超導(dǎo)材料在4.2K具有優(yōu)異的磁場載流性能,并且是目前高溫超導(dǎo)材料當(dāng)中唯一可制備成各向同性圓線的材料,可以絞制成大電流的CICC電纜,也是大型超強(qiáng)磁場磁體的首選材料之一。高壓熱處理技術(shù)可以大幅提高材料超導(dǎo)性能。臨界電流與n值是超導(dǎo)導(dǎo)線的主要性能參數(shù)。本文測量了兩組分別經(jīng)過常壓和高壓熱處理的超導(dǎo)線在不同背景磁場中的臨界電流和n值。測試所用Bi-2212導(dǎo)線是以Ag和Ag/Mg合金為基體,采用粉末裝管法制備而成,兩組導(dǎo)線在890℃下經(jīng)不同壓強(qiáng)熱處理。從對比的數(shù)據(jù)中定性地分析熱處理壓強(qiáng)和超導(dǎo)線性能之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Bi-2212 high temperature superconducting material has excellent magnetic field current-carrying property at 4.2 K, and is the only material which can be made into isotropic circular wire among HTS materials at present, and can be twisted to make CICC cable with high current. It is also one of the preferred materials for large super magnetic magnets. High pressure heat treatment technology can greatly improve the superconductivity of materials. The critical current and n value are the main performance parameters of superconducting conductors. In this paper, the critical current and n value of two groups of superconductors heat treated under atmospheric pressure and high pressure in different background magnetic fields are measured. Bi-2212 conductors were prepared from Ag and Ag- / mg alloys by powder tube filling method. The two sets of conductors were heat-treated at 890 鈩,
