光子晶體結(jié)構(gòu)電致變色材料的制備及其電致變色性能研究

【摘要】:電致變色材料由于其獨(dú)特的光-電特性,在顯示器件、智能窗、電子紙、軍事偽裝、信息儲存等方面有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。光子晶體獨(dú)特的操控光的能力使得它可以控制光子的產(chǎn)生和光的傳播。本文為了提高電致變色材料的電致變色性能,將光子晶體結(jié)構(gòu)引入到普魯士藍(lán)(PB)和聚3,4-乙撐二氧噻吩(PEDOT)中,進(jìn)行了以下研究:1.合成了單分散的二氧化硅微球并制備得到光子晶體。以此為模板制備了核-殼結(jié)構(gòu)的SiO2@PEDOT光子晶體薄膜。SiO2@PEDO T光子晶體的循環(huán)伏安性能與純PEDOT大致一樣,最大對比度增加了12.4%;并且著色時間變短。2.以SiO2光子晶體為模板通過電化學(xué)沉積法得到核-殼結(jié)構(gòu)的SiO2@PB光子晶體薄膜。所得SiO2@PB光子晶體的循環(huán)伏安性能比純PB有所提高,最大對比度增加了17%;并且響應(yīng)時間大大變短。3.制備了四種不同粒徑(173 nm、242 nm、290 nm和318 nm)的PS微球,自組裝得到了紅色、橙色、綠色和藍(lán)色四種顏色的PS光子晶體。通過電化學(xué)聚合得到了四種PS@PEDOT的復(fù)合材料,測試發(fā)現(xiàn)PS@PEDOT復(fù)合薄膜比純PEDO T薄膜的電致變色性能要好,對比度增加。其中PS@PEDOT290復(fù)合薄膜的電致變色性能最好,對比度達(dá)到了34%,且褪色時間縮短。4.去除PS微球得到反蛋白石結(jié)構(gòu)的PEDO T薄膜,性能測試發(fā)現(xiàn),孔徑最小的反蛋白石結(jié)構(gòu)PEDOT薄膜的有序性最好,循環(huán)伏安性能變好。四種薄膜的對比度都有所增加,最高值達(dá)到36%,但是響應(yīng)時間增長。本文將光子晶體結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用到電致變色材料中,得到的復(fù)合薄膜的氧化還原能力都有所增強(qiáng),對比度增加,顏色鮮艷,這些結(jié)果表明引入光子晶體結(jié)構(gòu)會提高電致變色材料的電化學(xué)性能,拓展了電致變色材料的實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力。
[Abstract]:Electrochromic materials have been widely used in display devices, smart windows, electronic paper, military camouflage and information storage due to their unique photo-electric properties. The unique ability of photonic crystals to manipulate light allows it to control the generation and propagation of photons. In order to improve the electrochromic properties of electrochromic materials, the photonic crystal structure was introduced into the PBs of Prussian blue and the PEDOT of the poly (3o 4- ethylenedioxythiophene). The following studies were carried out: 1. Monodisperse silica microspheres were synthesized and photonic crystals were prepared. The core-shell structure PEDOT photonic crystal thin film. SiO2 @ PEDO T photonic crystal has the same cyclic voltammetry performance as pure PEDOT, and the maximum contrast is increased by 12.4and the coloring time is shorter. 2. SiO2PB thin films with core-shell structure were obtained by electrochemical deposition of Sio _ 2 photonic crystals. The cyclic voltammetry performance of the SiO2DB photonic crystal is improved compared with that of pure PB, the maximum contrast increases by 17%, and the response time is much shorter than that of pure PB, and the response time is much shorter than that of pure PB. Four kinds of PS microspheres with different diameters (173nm ~ (2) nm ~ (242) nm ~ (-1) and (318 nm) were prepared. The PS photonic crystals of red, orange, green and blue colors were obtained by self-assembly. Four kinds of PS @ PEDOT composites were obtained by electrochemical polymerization. It was found that the photochromic properties and contrast of PS@ PEDOT composite films were better than those of pure PEDOT films. The PS @ PEDOT290 composite film has the best electrochromic performance with a contrast of 34 and a shorter fading time of .4. The antiopal structure PEDOT thin films were obtained by removing PS microspheres. It was found that the antiopal structure PEDOT thin films with the smallest pore size had the best order and the cyclic voltammetry properties were better. The contrast of the four films increased, reaching a maximum of 36, but the response time increased. In this paper, the photonic crystal structure is applied to electrochromic materials. The redox ability of the composite films is enhanced, the contrast is increased, and the color is bright. These results show that the introduction of photonic crystal structure can improve the electrochemical performance of electrochromic materials and expand the practical application ability of electrochromic materials.
