陶瓷基復(fù)合相變儲(chǔ)熱材料的制備和成型工藝

【摘要】:采用混合燒結(jié)法工藝,將三元氯鹽體系Na Cl-KCl-MgCl_2相變材料與氧化鎂陶瓷基體進(jìn)行復(fù)配并制備定型材料,考察成型壓力、燒成溫度和鹽含量對(duì)材料成型的影響,對(duì)最佳成型條件的材料進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)熱性能表征。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)鹽的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為50%、燒成溫度為450℃、成型壓力為8 MPa時(shí)復(fù)合材料成型效果較好,相變材料無(wú)滲出、體積變化較小且復(fù)合材料致密度較高;DSC測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,所制備的復(fù)合相變儲(chǔ)熱材料的相變溫度為399.8℃,相變潛熱為129.6 J/g。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Na Cl-KCl-MgCl_2 phase change material of ternary chloride system was mixed with magnesium oxide ceramic matrix by mixed sintering process. The effects of molding pressure, sintering temperature and salt content on the molding of the material were investigated. The heat storage properties of the materials with the best forming conditions were characterized. The results show that when the mass fraction of salt is 50, the sintering temperature is 450 鈩,
