軟磁復(fù)合材料用膠黏劑配方的研究

【摘要】:磁性材料行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但是其絕緣包覆工藝仍存在瑕疵,其中有機(jī)包覆工藝仍有很大的改善空間。通過加入不同固化劑、偶聯(lián)劑配制了雙酚A型環(huán)氧樹脂為黏料的膠黏劑,通過其與軟磁粉末的混合與造粒,最終壓制成為可直接測試性能的磁環(huán)。通過對磁環(huán)的磁導(dǎo)率、絕緣阻抗、抗壓強(qiáng)度、密度等性能的測試,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著固化劑含量的增加,反應(yīng)過程中的放熱量與磁環(huán)密度均呈現(xiàn)先提高后降低的趨勢,但不同種固化劑對于磁環(huán)絕緣阻抗與抗壓強(qiáng)度影響不同;同時(shí)隨著偶聯(lián)劑的加入量的增加,磁環(huán)絕緣阻抗增大、磁導(dǎo)率降低,抗壓強(qiáng)度先增加后降低。
[Abstract]:The magnetic material industry has developed rapidly, but its insulation coating technology still exists defects, and the organic coating technology still has great improvement space. By adding different curing agents, the coupling agent has prepared the adhesive of bisphenol A epoxy resin as the adhesive. Through its mixing with soft magnetic powder and granulation, the final compaction can be the direct test performance. By testing the permeability, insulation impedance, compressive strength and density of the magnetic ring, it is found that with the increase of the content of the curing agent, the heat discharge and the density of the magnetic ring in the reaction process are both increased first and then decreased, but the different curing agents have different effects on the ring and the compressive strength of the magnetic rings; at the same time, the coupling agent is used with the coupling agent. With the increase of the addition amount, the insulation resistance of the magnetic ring increases, the permeability decreases, and the compressive strength increases first and then decreases.
