雙向格構(gòu)腹板增強(qiáng)泡沫夾層復(fù)合材料梁彎曲性能試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:復(fù)合材料夾層結(jié)構(gòu)具有比強(qiáng)度高、比剛度高、可設(shè)計(jì)性強(qiáng)、耐腐蝕等特點(diǎn),以聚氨酯泡沫為芯材,以玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料為面板和格構(gòu)腹板,采用真空導(dǎo)入成型工藝,制備雙向格構(gòu)腹板增強(qiáng)泡沫夾層復(fù)合材料梁。對無格構(gòu)泡沫夾芯復(fù)合材料梁,不同腹板高度、腹板間距雙向格構(gòu)增強(qiáng)泡沫夾層復(fù)合材料梁進(jìn)行三點(diǎn)彎曲試驗(yàn),研究其破壞模式和機(jī)理;谂菽畛渚匦畏涓C芯材的等效十字模型,預(yù)估試件的抗彎剛度和撓度,計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)值吻合較好。
[Abstract]:The composite sandwich structure has the characteristics of high specific strength, high specific stiffness, strong designability and corrosion resistance. The polyurethane foam is used as the core material, the glass fiber reinforced composite material as the panel and the lattice web plate, and the vacuum introduction molding process is adopted. Two-way lattice web reinforced foam sandwich composite beams were prepared. The failure mode and mechanism of lattice free foam sandwich composite beams with bidirectional lattice reinforced sandwich composite beams with different web height and web spacing were studied by three point bending test. Based on the equivalent cross model of foam filled rectangular honeycomb core, the bending stiffness and deflection of the specimen are estimated, and the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values.
