蓖麻油基溫度感應(yīng)性聚氨酯的合成及其性能研究

【摘要】:以聚己二酸丁二醇酯2000、聚乙二醇以及改性蓖麻油作為混合軟段制備了一系列溫度感應(yīng)性聚氨酯,分別采用傅里葉紅外光譜、掃描電鏡、差示掃描量熱儀以及寬角X衍射等對(duì)其化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、熱性能及結(jié)晶性進(jìn)行研究,并將制備聚氨酯用于織物整理,通過測定整理織物的透濕率和耐靜水壓考察其防水透濕性.結(jié)果表明:所制備的系列聚氨酯熱熔融溫度在35~40℃,其整理織物的透濕率在此溫度范圍附近有明顯突躍;X寬角衍射結(jié)果顯示,所制備的聚氨酯在19°,25°和21.5°出現(xiàn)軟段PEG2000和PBA2000的結(jié)晶峰;SEM照片顯示,所制備的聚氨酯形成一致密無孔薄膜,硬相分布在軟相中,織物經(jīng)涂層后在表面形成一層聚氨酯膜;整理織物的透濕率隨聚氨酯組分中聚乙二醇相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量和PEG2000含量增加逐漸增大,隨硬段含量增加逐漸降低.
[Abstract]:A series of temperature induced polyurethanes were prepared with polybutylene adipate 2000, polyethylene glycol and modified castor oil as mixed soft segments. The chemical structures, microstructure, thermal properties and crystallinity of the polyurethane were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and wide angle X diffraction. The results showed that the thermal melting temperature of the series of polyurethanes was at 35~40 C, and the moisture permeability of the finished fabric was obviously abrupt in the vicinity of the temperature range, and the X wide angle diffraction results showed that the prepared polyurethane was 19, 25 and 21. The crystallization peaks of soft segment PEG2000 and PBA2000 appear at.5 degree, and SEM photo shows that the prepared polyurethane forms a dense non porous film, the hard phase is distributed in the soft phase, and the fabric is coated on the surface after coating a layer of polyurethane film, and the moisture permeability of the finished fabric increases gradually with the increase of the relative molecular mass and the PEG2000 content in the polyurethane component. As the content of the hard segment increases, it decreases gradually.
