【摘要】：均粒白球是一類應(yīng)用很廣泛的功能高分子材料,具有物理化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、苯環(huán)反應(yīng)活性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),其功能化產(chǎn)品在諸多領(lǐng)域具有巨大的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文綜述了均粒白球的制備方法,包括噴射懸浮聚合法、多孔錯(cuò)流膜技術(shù)、孔板分散聚合技術(shù),對(duì)在制備過(guò)程中影響液滴尺寸和白球粒徑的因素進(jìn)行了闡述和分析,并且總結(jié)了各方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),最后對(duì)均粒白球的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Homomorphic white ball is a kind of widely used functional polymer material. It has many advantages such as good physical and chemical stability, high mechanical strength, high activity of benzene ring reaction, etc. Its functionalized products have great application value in many fields. In this paper, the preparation methods of homopolymer white ball, including jet suspension polymerization, porous cross-flow film technology and porous plate dispersion polymerization technology, are reviewed. The factors affecting the size of liquid droplets and the size of white spheres in the preparation process are described and analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized. Finally, the development prospect of homogenized white ball is prospected.
