多壁碳納米管對CuSn-Co系胎體力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:碳納米管具有超強的力學(xué)性能和優(yōu)異的物理性能(彈性模量達1.0~1.8 TPa,抗拉強度達150 GPa,密度可達0.8 g/cm~3,熱膨脹系數(shù)幾乎為零),是復(fù)合材料的理想增強體。通過正交試驗設(shè)計研究了多壁碳納米管(MWCNT)的添加量、燒結(jié)溫度、熱壓壓力對CuSn-Co系胎體力學(xué)性能的影響,并分別通過直接分析法和方差分析法分析了3因素對胎體力學(xué)性能的影響程度及對胎體性能影響的顯著性,采用掃描電鏡觀察其斷口形貌。結(jié)果表明:碳納米管的添加量對胎體的硬度和抗彎強度有非常顯著的影響,其次是熱壓壓力有顯著影響,而燒結(jié)溫度影響較小,最終的優(yōu)選方案為:MWCNT添加質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.8%,熱壓溫度為850℃,熱壓壓力為35 MPa。
[Abstract]:Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have excellent mechanical properties and excellent physical properties (elastic modulus is 1.0 ~ 1.8 TPA, tensile strength is 150 GPA, density is up to 0.8 g / cm ~ (-3), thermal expansion coefficient is almost zero), and carbon nanotubes are ideal reinforcements of composites. The effects of the amount of MWCNT, sintering temperature and hot pressing pressure on the mechanical properties of CuSn-Co matrix were studied by orthogonal design. The influence of three factors on the mechanical properties of the matrix and its significance were analyzed by direct analysis and variance analysis respectively. The fracture morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the addition of carbon nanotubes had a significant effect on the hardness and bending strength of the matrix, followed by the hot pressing pressure, while the sintering temperature had little effect on the hardness and bending strength of the matrix. The final optimal selection scheme is as follows: the mass fraction of w / MWCNT is 0.8, the hot pressing temperature is 850 鈩,
