聚乙烯醇多孔膜的制備及其對(duì)二氧化鈦的負(fù)載研究

【摘要】:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)為聚合物基體,戊二醛為交聯(lián)劑,乙酸為催化劑,聚乙二醇6000(PEG-6000)為致孔劑,制備了聚乙烯醇多孔膜(porous PVA films,PPF多孔膜);再將實(shí)驗(yàn)室自制的二氧化鈦溶膠(TiO_2)負(fù)載于PPF多孔膜上,制備得到聚乙烯醇原位負(fù)載二氧化鈦功能薄膜(PPF-TiO_2)。采用紅外光譜、掃描電鏡、分光光度計(jì)等分別考察了PPF多孔膜的交聯(lián)條件、負(fù)載前后PPF-TiO_2功能薄膜的形貌,PPF-TiO_2功能薄膜對(duì)甲基橙的去除率。研究結(jié)果表明,為制備適宜交聯(lián)度及孔徑的PPF多孔膜,戊二醛濃度為5%(wt),PEG-6000用量為PVA用量的0.6倍為宜;PPF多孔膜對(duì)TiO_2負(fù)載的溫度為40℃,負(fù)載時(shí)間為2h能夠獲得負(fù)載量為43%的PPF-TiO_2功能薄膜。此外,PPF-TiO_2功能薄膜比商品化TiO_2對(duì)甲基橙的降解率(100mg/L)更快,且具有可循環(huán)使用的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Using PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) as polymer matrix, glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent, acetic acid as catalyst, polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG-6000) as pore-forming agent, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as polymer matrix, glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent, polyethylene glycol as catalyst, Poly (vinyl alcohol) porous PVA films were prepared, and then the TIO _ 2 sol prepared by the laboratory was loaded on the PPF porous membranes to prepare polyvinyl alcohol in-situ loaded TIO _ 2 functional thin films (PPF-TiO2C). The crosslinking conditions of PPF porous films were investigated by IR, SEM and spectrophotometer. The morphology of PPF-TiO_2 functional films before and after loading and the removal rate of methyl orange by PPF-TiO2 functional films were investigated. The results showed that in order to prepare PPF porous membrane with suitable crosslinking degree and pore size, the concentration of glutaraldehyde was 0.6 times that of PVA, and the temperature of TiO_2 loaded by PEG-6000 was 40 鈩,
