Glare層板基本成形性能研究與實驗驗證

【摘要】:為了探索Glare層板的成形性能特點,采用單向拉伸實驗和三點彎曲實驗,分析研究了Glare 2A,Glare 2B和Glare 3層板的基本成形性能,并借助掃描電子顯微鏡分析了Glare層板的失效特征。結果表明:纖維鋪層方向對材料的成形性能存在顯著影響,Glare 2A層板抵抗塑性變形的能力強,且難以發(fā)生厚向變形:采用σ=σy+Kεn硬化模型擬合真實應力-應變曲線,其相關系數最大,擬合結果最好:Glare 2A的彎曲回彈量最大,其彎曲破壞時,內表層受壓應力,以皺縮和壓縮斷裂為主,外表層受拉應力,以纖維拉伸斷裂和分層為主;對于Glare 2B層板,其彎曲回彈量最小,主要以基體破壞為主:通過滾彎成形驗證了實驗所得結果的準確性。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the formability characteristics of Glare laminates, the basic formability of Glare _ 2Ag-Glare _ 2B and Glare _ 3 laminates were studied by uniaxial tensile test and three-point bending test, and the failure characteristics of Glare laminates were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the fiber laying direction has a significant effect on the formability of the material, and the plastic deformation resistance of Glare 2A laminates is strong, and it is difficult to produce thick deformation. The true stress-strain curve is fitted by 蟽 = 蟽 y K 蔚 n hardening model. The correlation coefficient is the largest and the fitting result is the best. When the bending failure occurs, the compressive stress of the inner surface layer is mainly shrinkage and compression fracture, and the tensile stress of the outer layer is mainly the fiber tensile fracture and delamination. For Glare 2B laminates, the flexural springback is the smallest and the matrix failure is the main factor. The accuracy of the experimental results is verified by rolling forming.
