響應(yīng)曲面法優(yōu)化生物質(zhì)炭復(fù)合材料處理亞甲基藍(lán)廢水的研究

【摘要】:以廢棄向日葵秸稈為原料,采用機(jī)械混合法制備了多元稀土/生物質(zhì)炭復(fù)合催化劑,用空氣作為氧化劑催化氧化處理模擬印染廢水亞甲基藍(lán).在單因素實驗的基礎(chǔ)上,采用Box-Beknhen實驗設(shè)計,以亞甲基藍(lán)脫色率和COD去除率為響應(yīng)值,對影響催化氧化法最重要的4個因素,即催化劑投加濃度、曝氣量、溫度及pH進(jìn)行優(yōu)化.通過對二次多項式方程求解得知:復(fù)合催化劑的投加濃度為8.67g/L、曝氣量2.5L/min、溫度21℃、pH值為12時,亞甲基藍(lán)脫色率的預(yù)測值和實驗值分別為100.00%、99.61%;投加濃度7.33g/L、曝氣量0.64L/min、溫度30℃、pH值為10時,亞甲基藍(lán)COD去除率的預(yù)測值和實驗值分別為77.65%、75.81%.理論值與實際值非常接近,說明建立的模型合理可行.
[Abstract]:Using waste sunflower straw as raw material, the multicomponent rare earth / biomass carbon composite catalyst was prepared by mechanical mixing method. Air was used as oxidant for catalytic oxidation of methylene blue in simulated printing and dyeing wastewater. On the basis of single factor experiment, using Box-Beknhen experimental design, with methylene blue decolorization rate and COD removal rate as response value, the most important four factors affecting catalytic oxidation method, namely catalyst concentration, aeration rate, temperature and pH, were optimized. The solution of quadratic polynomial equation shows that the concentration of the composite catalyst is 8.67 g / L, the aeration rate is 2.5 L / min, the temperature is 21 鈩,
