POSS接枝含氟苯丙聚合物復合材料的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:通過預乳化乳液聚合工藝,制得八乙烯基多面體低聚倍半硅氧烷(OvPOSS)接枝含氟苯丙聚合物(FPSA)復合材料(OvPOSS/FPSA)。透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)分析顯示,含氟苯丙乳膠粒具有明顯的核殼結構,且表面被POSS覆蓋。動態(tài)光散射(DLS)結果發(fā)現(xiàn),接枝反應使OvPOSS/FPSA復合乳膠粒的平均粒徑為95nm比FPSA平均粒徑88nm稍大。傅里葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)證實了接枝反應的發(fā)生。考察了甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)和OvPOSS用量對復合涂層疏水性能的影響,結果發(fā)現(xiàn),當DFMA用量為15.0%(wt,質(zhì)量分數(shù),下同),OvPOSS用量為1.0%時,OvPOSS/FPSA復合涂層的接觸角高達102°,疏水性較好。熱分析(TGA)結果顯示,OvPOSS/FPSA復合涂層的起始分解溫度達307℃,具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:An octavinyl polyhedron oligomeric oligosilane (OvPOSS) composite containing fluorobenzene propyl polymer (FPSA) was prepared by pre-emulsifying emulsion polymerization process. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis showed that the fluorinated styrene-propyl latex particles had obvious core-shell structure and the surface was covered by POSS. The results of dynamic light scattering (DLS) show that the average particle size of OvPOSS/FPSA latex particles is slightly larger than that of FPSA latex particles when the average particle size of 95nm is larger than that of FPSA particles. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) confirmed the graft reaction. The effects of dodecyl heptyl methacrylate (DFMA) and OvPOSS content on hydrophobic properties of composite coatings were investigated. The results showed that the contact angle of OvPOSS / FPSA composite coatings was as high as 102 擄and the hydrophobicity was better when the content of DFMA was 15.0 wt, the mass fraction and the content of OvPOSS were 1.0. The thermal analysis results show that the initial decomposition temperature of OvPOSS / FPSA composite coating is 307 鈩,
