固相法制備YAG粉體及其表征

【摘要】:釔鋁石榴石(YAG:Y_3Al_5O_(12))屬于立方晶系,具有石榴石型結構,在光學性質(zhì)方面有很好的均勻性,且無雙折射效應,是一種在激光和光學領域廣泛使用的基質(zhì)材料。文章中先通過溶膠-凝膠法分別制備出兩種無定型結構的Y_2O_3和Al_2O_3兩種粉體,通過4h短時間球磨混合處理后將兩種粉體進行高溫固相反應,在1400℃下保溫60 min成功制備出顆粒尺寸約0.5μm的均一、分散良好的YAG粉體。
[Abstract]:Yttrium aluminum garnet is a cubic crystal system with a garnet structure, good uniformity in optical properties and no birefringence. It is a widely used matrix material in laser and optical fields. In this paper, two kinds of amorphous Y_2O_3 and Al_2O_3 powders were prepared by sol-gel method.
