單向竹原纖維表面改性對(duì)其增強(qiáng)不飽和聚酯樹脂復(fù)合材料性能的影響

【摘要】:采用堿處理、堿-偶聯(lián)劑聯(lián)合處理對(duì)竹原纖維進(jìn)行表面改性,通過(guò)縫合-模壓工藝制備了單向連續(xù)竹原纖維/不飽和聚酯樹脂(BF/UP)復(fù)合材料。研究了不同表面改性方法對(duì)BF/UP復(fù)合材料靜態(tài)、動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能、吸水性能等的影響,并用SEM、紅外光譜等技術(shù)研究了改性處理后纖維的表面及復(fù)合材料界面結(jié)合情況。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過(guò)不同表面處理后BF/UP復(fù)合材料的性能均有所改善。當(dāng)采用5wt%堿-3wt%偶聯(lián)劑聯(lián)合處理時(shí),BF/UP復(fù)合材料綜合性能最優(yōu),其拉伸強(qiáng)度、彎曲強(qiáng)度、彎曲模量、剪切強(qiáng)度較未處理的分別提高了34.29%、15.95%、11.26%、29.39%;復(fù)合材料存儲(chǔ)模量(33℃)較未處理的提高了63.80%,損耗因子有所降低;BF/UP復(fù)合材料24h、720h吸水率較未處理的分別減小了55.35%、27.32%。SEM和紅外光譜結(jié)果表明,改性處理后竹原纖維表面雜質(zhì)減少,附著了一層偶聯(lián)劑膜,BF/UP復(fù)合材料中纖維與樹脂之間的界面結(jié)合更好。
[Abstract]:The surface of bamboo fiber was modified by alkali treatment and alkali-coupling agent. Unidirectional continuous bamboo fiber / unsaturated polyester resin / BF / UPU composite was prepared by suture molding process. The effects of different surface modification methods on the static, dynamic and water-absorbing properties of BF/UP composites were studied. The results showed that the properties of BF/UP composites were improved after different surface treatments. When treated with 5wt% alkali-3wt% coupling agent, the BF / up composite has the best comprehensive properties, its tensile strength, flexural modulus, Compared with the untreated composites, the shear strength increased 34.29% and the storage modulus of the composites increased 63.80, and the loss factor decreased by 55.3527.32. SEM and infrared spectroscopy, respectively, when compared with the untreated composites at 24 h or 720 h. The results of SEM and IR spectra showed that the shear strength of the composites was higher than that of the untreated composites.
