【摘要】：異噻唑啉酮類(lèi)殺菌劑是一種雜環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu),其殺菌原理主要依靠雜環(huán)上的活性部分破壞細(xì)菌細(xì)胞內(nèi)的DNA分子,使細(xì)菌失去活性。異噻唑啉酮類(lèi)殺菌劑最早由美國(guó)人通過(guò)β-硫酮酰胺在惰性有機(jī)溶劑中鹵化形成,并以其高效、廣譜、低毒的優(yōu)點(diǎn)被認(rèn)為是在水處理應(yīng)用中最好的殺菌劑。此外,異噻唑啉酮類(lèi)殺菌劑在鋼鐵冶煉、油田注水、煉油廠、火力發(fā)電廠、大型化肥廠、造紙廠、輕紡、水涂涂料、工業(yè)清洗等領(lǐng)域也廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Isothiazolinone fungicides are heterocyclic structures whose bactericidal mechanism mainly depends on the active part of the heterocyclic to destroy the DNA molecules in the bacteria cells and make the bacteria inactive. Isothiazolinone fungicides were first halogenated by Americans in inert organic solvents through 尾 -thione amide, and were considered to be the best fungicides in water treatment because of their advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum and low toxicity. In addition, isothiazolinone fungicides are widely used in iron and steel smelting, oilfield water injection, oil refinery, thermal power plant, large fertilizer plant, paper mill, textile, water coating, industrial cleaning and other fields.
