復合泡沫保溫板復合工藝的綠色節(jié)能優(yōu)化

【摘要】:探究了復合泡沫保溫板最佳條件下的制備工藝,結果表明,聚苯乙烯與酚醛樹脂作為兩種常用的泡沫保溫材料和一定的助劑混合均勻后,可制備出一種新型復合泡沫保溫板同時具備二者的優(yōu)點,從而發(fā)揮出更優(yōu)異的理化性能;酚醛樹脂和其他助劑的用量一定,通過改變聚苯乙烯的用量來調(diào)整其比例時,隨著聚苯乙烯含量下降,其表觀密度也呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,其導熱系數(shù)呈現(xiàn)先降后增再降的曲線趨勢,其壓縮強度呈現(xiàn)先降后增的趨勢;復合泡沫板的成型溫度不斷升高,其導熱系數(shù)呈現(xiàn)出先降再升的趨勢,其壓縮強度呈現(xiàn)出先升再降的趨勢,其氣泡形態(tài)在60~70℃時呈現(xiàn)最好的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The preparation process of composite foam insulation board under the optimum conditions was investigated. The results showed that polystyrene and phenolic resin were mixed evenly as two commonly used foam insulation materials and some additives. A new type of composite foam insulation board can be prepared with the advantages of both, thus giving play to better physical and chemical properties. When the amount of phenolic resin and other additives is fixed, the proportion of phenolic resin and other additives can be adjusted by changing the amount of polystyrene. With the decrease of polystyrene content, the apparent density also showed a downward trend, its thermal conductivity decreased first and then increased, its compression strength decreased first and then increased, and the molding temperature of composite foam plate increased continuously. The thermal conductivity shows the tendency of first decreasing and then rising, and the compression strength is rising first and then decreasing, and the bubble morphology is the best at 6070 鈩,
