UHMWPE纖維增強(qiáng)LDPE復(fù)合材料的界面形態(tài)研究

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)聚乙烯單聚合物復(fù)合材料(PE SPC)的嵌件注射成型,研究基體與增強(qiáng)體間的界面非常關(guān)鍵.本文采用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纖維增強(qiáng)低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)基體,對(duì)纖維和基體進(jìn)行了差示掃描量熱儀測(cè)試,在偏光顯微鏡下模擬了基體與纖維的復(fù)合過(guò)程,研究不同因素對(duì)復(fù)合材料界面結(jié)晶形態(tài)的影響.根據(jù)DSC確定了UHMWPE和LDPE復(fù)合的溫度范圍在110.98~147.14℃;合適的溫度和剪切作用都有利于界面橫晶的產(chǎn)生,從而使基體和纖維產(chǎn)生更好的粘結(jié),提高復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能;溫度比剪切的影響更大,注射溫度設(shè)置在125~135℃可在保證纖維與基體復(fù)合的情況下不破壞纖維的增強(qiáng)作用;纖維絲之間會(huì)相互影響界面結(jié)晶形態(tài),部分界面有橫晶產(chǎn)生,說(shuō)明在實(shí)際注射成型過(guò)程中纖維束或纖維布的結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)基體滲透和界面形成有較大影響.
[Abstract]:In order to realize the injection molding of PE SPC, it is very important to study the interface between matrix and reinforcement. In this paper, UHMWPE fiber reinforced LDPE matrix was used to measure the fiber and matrix by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The composite process of matrix and fiber was simulated under polarizing microscope. The effect of different factors on the interfacial crystalline morphology of composites was studied.
