介孔氧化硅交聯(lián)殼聚糖復(fù)合材料的制備及其對重金屬吸附性能研究

【摘要】:利用γ-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷偶聯(lián)劑與活化的介孔氧化硅表面的羥基反應(yīng)制備硅烷化介孔氧化硅,然后以乙二醛為活化劑與殼聚糖反應(yīng),制備一種新型的介孔氧化硅交聯(lián)殼聚糖復(fù)合材料。采用小角度X射線衍射儀(SAXRD)、紅外光譜(IR)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)和比表面測試儀(BET)等表征產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌和孔徑分布等,并使用原子吸收分光光度計(AAS)評價該復(fù)合物對Pb~(2+)的吸附去除性能。研究結(jié)果表明:介孔氧化硅交聯(lián)殼聚糖復(fù)合材料對Pb~(2+)的去除率比單一的介孔氧化硅或殼聚糖有明顯的提高,它對Pb~(2+)的等溫吸附線符合Langmuir模型,在溫度25℃和p H=4.5時,它對Pb~(2+)的飽和吸附量為97.8 mg·g~(-1),高于純殼聚糖的飽和吸附量(87.6 mg·g~(-1))。
[Abstract]:Silanized mesoporous silica was prepared by the reaction of 緯 -aminopropyl-triethoxy silane coupling agent with hydroxyl group on activated mesoporous silica surface, and then reacted with chitosan with Glyoxal as activator. A novel mesoporous silica crosslinked chitosan composite was prepared. The structure, morphology and pore size distribution of the products were characterized by small angle X-ray diffractometer (SAXR), infrared spectroscopy (IR), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and specific surface tester (BET). The adsorption and removal properties of Pb~(2 were evaluated by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS). The results show that the removal rate of Pb~(2 by mesoporous silica cross-linked chitosan composite is significantly higher than that of single mesoporous silica or chitosan.
