聚氨酯自修復(fù)薄膜材料的制備及研究

【摘要】:以聚乙二醇(PEG-600)與2,4-甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)構(gòu)建聚氨酯主鏈結(jié)構(gòu),在側(cè)鏈引入呋喃甲胺(FMA)和4,4'-雙馬來酰亞胺基二苯甲烷(BMI)的Diels-Alder(DA)鍵,從而得到具有熱致自修復(fù)性能的聚氨酯薄膜材料。該材料(0.47mm厚度)在550nm下具有較高的透明度(透光率82.0%)。當(dāng)材料出現(xiàn)裂紋后,在120℃下加熱5min可完全修復(fù),且材料的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度可恢復(fù)84.7%。
[Abstract]:The main chain structure of polyurethane was constructed by using PEG-600 (polyethylene glycol) and TDI- (2-butadiene-4-toluene diisocyanate). The diels-Alderda-DA-bonds of FMAs and BMIs were introduced into the side chain. Thus, the polyurethane films with heat-induced self-repairing properties were obtained. The material has a high transparency (transmittance 82.0mm) under 550nm. When the material is cracked, the 5min can be repaired completely at 120 鈩,
