滌綸表面紫外輻照快速沉積多巴胺及其化學(xué)鍍

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的化學(xué)鍍采用貴金屬鈀作為催化活性中心,不但價(jià)格昂貴而且污染環(huán)境,本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用一種環(huán)境友好的改性方法即多巴胺表面改性,在改性滌綸的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行無鈀化學(xué)鍍反應(yīng),在降低成本的同時(shí)又可減少對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。 通過紫外輻照氧化的方法在滌綸織物表面快速沉積聚多巴胺,并利用聚多巴胺對(duì)金屬離子的吸附作用對(duì)改性滌綸進(jìn)行表面活化,進(jìn)一步無鈀化學(xué)鍍,從而得到功能性柔性導(dǎo)電材料,這種方法的聚合時(shí)間由通常的自氧化24小時(shí)縮短到30分鐘,有效地提高聚合反應(yīng)速率。掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、X射線光電子能譜(XPS)等證實(shí)多巴胺分子可以在滌綸表面快速形成聚多巴胺功能性薄膜。 多巴胺改性后,分別進(jìn)行了以銀和鎳作為催化活性中心的化學(xué)鍍反應(yīng),并對(duì)其工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。其中銀催化化學(xué)鍍鎳中采用次磷酸鈉作還原劑,所得織物表面均勻致密,有金屬光澤,,表面電阻值低于1Ω/cm,結(jié)合牢度能夠達(dá)到4級(jí)及以上,結(jié)合XRD、XPS表征方法證實(shí)此鍍層為Ni-P合金層;銀催化化學(xué)鍍銅工藝中采用甲醛作還原劑,工藝簡(jiǎn)單,導(dǎo)電效果良好;鎳催化后的鎳-銅雙層化學(xué)鍍,因銅層的加入大大降低了表面電阻值,導(dǎo)電效果獲得提高。
[Abstract]:The traditional chemical plating adopts the noble metal palladium as the catalytic activity center , not only is expensive but also polluting the environment , the experiment adopts an environment - friendly modification method , namely the dopamine surface modification , carries out the palladium - free chemical plating reaction on the basis of the modified terylene , and reduces the pollution to the environment while reducing the cost .
Polydopamine was deposited on the surface of the polyester fabric by UV irradiation , and the surface activation of the modified polyester was carried out by the adsorption of polydopamine on the surface of the modified polyester . The polymerization time of the method was shortened from 24 hours to 30 minutes , and the polymerization rate was effectively increased . The scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) , X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) , X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS ) and the like confirmed that the dopamine molecule could rapidly form the polydopamine functional film on the surface of the polyester .
The chemical plating reaction of silver and nickel as the catalytic activity center was carried out after the modification of dopamine , and the process parameters were optimized . The silver catalytic electroless nickel plating was used as the reducing agent , the surface of the fabric was uniform and compact , the surface resistance value was lower than 1 惟 / cm , and the bonding fastness could be up to 4 and above , and the Ni - P alloy layer was confirmed by XRD and XPS .
Formaldehyde as reducing agent is adopted in the silver catalytic chemical copper plating process , the process is simple , and the conducting effect is good ;
the nickel - copper double - layer chemical plating after the nickel catalysis greatly reduces the surface resistance value due to the addition of the copper layer , and the conductive effect is improved .
