ZnO基納米空心球的制備及性質(zhì)研究

【摘要】:本論文首次采用膠體碳球模板法制備了多種金屬元素?fù)饺隯nO納米空心球,并且對其相關(guān)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。此外,還制備了Zn0基復(fù)合材料納米空心球,并且對其光催化性能進(jìn)行了深入研究。本論文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.采用膠體碳球模板法制備了晶體質(zhì)量良好的Zn1-xMgxO納米空心球,實現(xiàn)了Mg摻入濃度的可控調(diào)節(jié),其中Mg的摻入濃度最高達(dá)48%而不出現(xiàn)第二相。研究了在不同溫度下退火處理對其晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和光學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)退火溫度對Mg在ZnO中的固溶度有直接影響,該固溶度隨著退火溫度的升高而減小。2.在膠體碳球模板法制備Zn1-xMgxO納米空心球的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行推廣,采用此種方法制備了Na、Al、NaMg摻入ZnO納米空心球,確定了各種金屬元素的摻入,并且對其潛在的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了探索,發(fā)現(xiàn)此種金屬摻入ZnO納米空心球有望用于ZnO薄膜生長用靶材的制備。3.采用膠體碳球模板法制備了NiO/ZnO復(fù)合材料納米空心球,研究了組分比例和晶粒大小對其光催化性能的影響。以p-NiO/n-ZnO納米異質(zhì)結(jié)為基礎(chǔ),探討了NiO/ZnO復(fù)合材料的光催化機理,發(fā)現(xiàn)納米量級的異質(zhì)結(jié)可以有效的實現(xiàn)光生電子-空穴對的分離,從而顯著的提高光催化效率。
[Abstract]:In this paper, ZnO nanocrystalline hollow spheres were prepared by colloidal carbon sphere template for the first time, and their related properties were systematically studied.In addition, Zn0 composite nanospheres were prepared and their photocatalytic properties were studied.The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1.Zn1-xMgxO nanospheres with good crystal quality were prepared by colloidal carbon sphere template method, and the mg incorporation concentration was controlled, in which the mg doping concentration was up to 48% and no second phase appeared.The effects of annealing temperature on the crystal structure and optical properties of mg in ZnO were studied. It was found that the annealing temperature had a direct effect on the solubility of mg in ZnO, and the solution decreased with the increase of annealing temperature.Based on the preparation of Zn1-xMgxO nanospheres by colloidal carbon sphere template method, Zn1-xMgxO nanospheres were prepared by using this method. The incorporation of various metal elements was determined, and its potential application was explored.It was found that the metal doped with ZnO nanospheres could be used in the preparation of ZnO thin film growth target. 3.NiO/ZnO nanocomposite hollow spheres were prepared by colloidal carbon sphere template method. The effects of composition ratio and grain size on their photocatalytic properties were studied.The photocatalytic mechanism of NiO/ZnO composite was discussed on the basis of p-NiO/n-ZnO nanocrystalline heterostructure. It was found that nano-heterojunction could effectively separate photogenerated electron-hole pairs and thus significantly improve photocatalytic efficiency.
