多壁碳納米管的改性研究

【摘要】:采用蒸發(fā)酸純化法處理多壁碳納米管以去除管體表面無定形碳等雜質(zhì)和改善管體之間相互纏繞團(tuán)聚的現(xiàn)象,利用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和透射電鏡(TEM)對(duì)未純化碳納米管和純化之后碳納米管的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:與純化處理前的多壁碳納米管相比,在維持原有結(jié)構(gòu)的情況下,純化后的多壁碳納米管管體表面的無定形碳等雜質(zhì)去除干凈,管體缺陷處斷裂出現(xiàn)更多的端口,使得多壁碳納米管的長度變短,比表面積增大,且在管體斷裂處形成很多的親水性基團(tuán),使管體的分散性提高從而明顯改善了管體之間的纏繞團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:The evaporation acid purification method was used to treat multi-walled carbon nanotubes to remove impurities such as amorphous carbon on the surface of tubes and to improve the phenomenon of winding and agglomeration between tubes.The structure and morphology of unpurified carbon nanotubes and purified carbon nanotubes were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that compared with the multi-walled carbon nanotubes before purification, the impurities such as amorphous carbon on the surface of the purified multi-walled carbon nanotubes are removed and more ports are broken at the defects of the tubes under the condition of maintaining the original structure.The length of multi-walled carbon nanotubes becomes shorter, the specific surface area increases, and a lot of hydrophilic groups are formed at the fracture of the tubes, which improves the dispersity of the tubes and obviously improves the winding and agglomeration between the tubes.
