石蠟填充碳納米管復(fù)合材料的制備與界面?zhèn)鳠嵝阅苎芯?/H1>

【摘要】:以石蠟和經(jīng)硝酸處理過的碳納米管(CNTs)為原料,苯為溶劑,采用真空滲透法制備了石蠟填充CNTs納米膠囊復(fù)合材料,并設(shè)計了一個簡易的熱界面裝置,對石蠟填充CNTs材料在電子設(shè)備熱管理中的應(yīng)用能力進行了測試。結(jié)果表明:石蠟成功填充到CNTs管內(nèi),且在CNTs管外基本沒有殘留的石蠟。在傳熱界面未涂抹二甲基硅油時,內(nèi)外兩側(cè)最高溫度的溫差為4.7℃,而分別涂抹二甲基硅油、未經(jīng)酸處理(20%)CNTs/二甲基硅油、酸處理后(20%)CNTs/二甲基硅油、(20%)石蠟填充CNTs/二甲基硅油時,其內(nèi)外兩側(cè)最高溫度的溫差分別為3.8℃,3.1℃,3.1℃,2.2℃,說明將石蠟填充CNTs作為二甲基硅油中的散熱填充物具有更好的散熱效果,且增加了界面間的熱反應(yīng)速度和熱穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Paraffin-filled CNTs nanocapsule composites were prepared by vacuum osmotic method using paraffin and nitric acid treated carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as raw materials and benzene as solvent. A simple thermal interface device was designed.The application ability of paraffin-filled CNTs materials in thermal management of electronic equipment was tested.The results showed that the paraffin was successfully filled into the CNTs tube and there was no residual paraffin wax outside the CNTs tube.When the dimethyl silicone oil is not coated on the heat transfer interface, the temperature difference of the highest temperature on both sides is 4.7 鈩,
