稀土氧化物與氟化物納米結(jié)構(gòu)的可控制備及熒光性能

【摘要】:本文利用負(fù)壓抽濾法,在氧化鋁模板(AAO)納米陣列孔道內(nèi)構(gòu)筑了稀土氧化物CeYbxOy和稀土氟化物L(fēng)axY1-xF3納米結(jié)構(gòu)。在水,乙二醇混合溶劑中,以水熱合成法制備了NaYF4納米粉體。用掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)、X-射線衍射儀(XRD)、能量散射光譜儀(EDS)表征了它們的形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)及其化學(xué)組成。以熒光光譜儀(F.-4500)研究CeYbxOy:Eu3+,LaxY1-xF3:Eu3+的熒光特性,討論了激發(fā)光波長(zhǎng)和Eu摻雜濃度與其熒光強(qiáng)度的關(guān)系。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1.研究了Eu3+摻雜濃度對(duì)CeYbxOy納米線陣列熒光強(qiáng)度的影響,結(jié)果表明,以394nm為激發(fā)波長(zhǎng),CeYbxOy:Eu3+納米線陣列在593nm出現(xiàn)一個(gè)強(qiáng)發(fā)射峰,對(duì)應(yīng)于Eu3+的5D0→7F1躍遷,當(dāng)以摩爾比8%的Eu3+摻雜時(shí),CeYbxOy:Eu3+納米線熒光強(qiáng)度最強(qiáng)。2.研究比較了Eu3+摻雜的LaxYi-3納米管、納米線、納米粉體的熒光強(qiáng)度,結(jié)果表明,它們?cè)?93 nm和711 nm處,上述納米結(jié)構(gòu)都有熒光發(fā)射峰,對(duì)應(yīng)于Eu3+的(5D0→7F1)和(5D0→7F4)躍遷,Eu3+摻雜濃度相同時(shí),La,Y1-xF3:Eu3+納米管結(jié)構(gòu)的熒光強(qiáng)度最強(qiáng),LaxYi-xF3:Eu3+納米粉體熒光強(qiáng)度最弱,且Eu3+最佳摻雜濃度的摩爾比6%。3.研究了水熱合成反應(yīng)條件對(duì)NaYF4納米粉體的晶型、形貌、顆粒大小的影響。調(diào)控反應(yīng)條件,可以獲得立方相結(jié)構(gòu)的NaYF4納米晶。
[Abstract]:In this paper, rare earth oxide (CeYbxOy) and rare earth fluoride (LaxY1-xF3) nanostructures were constructed in the pores of alumina template AAOs by negative pressure filtration method.Nano-sized NaYF4 powders were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis in water and ethylene glycol mixed solvent.Their morphology, structure and chemical composition were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy scattering spectroscopy (EDS).The fluorescence characteristics of CeYbxOy:Eu3 LaxY1-xF3: EU3 were studied by means of fluorescence spectrometer F.-4500. The relationship between the excitation wavelength and EU doping concentration and the fluorescence intensity was discussed.The main results are as follows: 1.The effect of doping concentration of Eu3 on the fluorescence intensity of CeYbxOy nanowire array was studied. The results show that there is a strong emission peak in 593nm with 394nm as excitation wavelength, corresponding to the 5D0 7F1 transition of Eu3.The fluorescence intensity of CeYbx Oy: EU3 nanowires is the strongest when the molar ratio of Eu3 is 8%.The fluorescence intensities of Eu3 doped LaxYi-3 nanotubes, nanowires and nano-powders were compared. The results showed that the fluorescence emission peaks were observed at 593nm and 711nm.The fluorescence intensity of LaxYi-xF3: EU3 nanotube structure is the weakest, and the molar ratio of the optimum doping concentration of Eu3 is 6.3.When the transition EU _ 3 doping concentration is the same, the fluorescence intensity of LaxYi-xF3: EU3 nanotube structure is the weakest.The effects of hydrothermal synthesis conditions on the crystal shape, morphology and particle size of NaYF4 nano-powders were studied.NaYF4 nanocrystals with cubic structure can be obtained by adjusting the reaction conditions.
