【摘要】:設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的實(shí)時(shí)精確監(jiān)測(cè)是保證其安全可靠運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵。量子點(diǎn)在受力狀態(tài)下存在明顯熒光響應(yīng)。而量子點(diǎn)的熒光不穩(wěn)定性和在基體材料中分布的無(wú)序性限制了其在結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。本文基于核殼CdSe/ZnS綠色熒光量子點(diǎn),研究了量子點(diǎn)熒光性能溫度穩(wěn)定性并初步解析了機(jī)理。針對(duì)量子點(diǎn)的無(wú)序化分布,開(kāi)發(fā)了基于蒸發(fā)誘導(dǎo)工藝的量子點(diǎn)條形和環(huán)形自組裝。開(kāi)展了基于自組裝量子點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè)。論文主要獲得以下結(jié)果:(1)當(dāng)溫度低于200℃時(shí),量子點(diǎn)的熒光強(qiáng)度與溫度呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)的變化關(guān)系,熒光波長(zhǎng)與溫度呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)的變化關(guān)系,在多次的溫度循環(huán)過(guò)程中,量子點(diǎn)熒光性能存在可恢復(fù)性。高溫下,量子點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的不可逆性導(dǎo)致了量子點(diǎn)熒光的淬滅。(2)通過(guò)蒸發(fā)自組裝的工藝可實(shí)現(xiàn)量子點(diǎn)的條形和環(huán)形自組裝,量子點(diǎn)的熒光強(qiáng)度(斷面面積)和波長(zhǎng)(相鄰?fù)沫h(huán)間距離)隨距離的增加而線性增強(qiáng)和增大。通過(guò)鋼球粒徑大小、復(fù)合薄膜厚度和量子點(diǎn)濃度的改變可實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)形自組裝熒光圖案結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)控。溶劑的揮發(fā)會(huì)導(dǎo)致薄膜和自組裝圖案形成裂紋,量子點(diǎn)濃度越高,復(fù)合薄膜越厚,裂紋的寬度越大。(3)基于蒸發(fā)誘導(dǎo)的工藝實(shí)現(xiàn)在拋光金屬表面的量子點(diǎn)環(huán)形自組裝,拉伸過(guò)程中,波長(zhǎng)隨拉力的增大而線性增加,波長(zhǎng)相對(duì)于力的斜率隨角度的增加而減小。
[Abstract]:The real-time and accurate monitoring of the stress and strain of the equipment structure is the key to ensure its safe and reliable operation.The quantum dots have obvious fluorescence response.The fluorescence instability of QDs and the disordered distribution of QDs in matrix materials limit the development of QDs in the field of structural health monitoring.Based on core-shell CdSe/ZnS green fluorescent quantum dots, the temperature stability of fluorescence properties of quantum dots was studied and the mechanism was preliminarily analyzed.For the disordered distribution of quantum dots, self-assembly of quantum dots based on evaporation induction process was developed.Stress and strain monitoring based on self-assembled quantum dots is carried out.The main results of this paper are as follows: (1) when the temperature is below 200 鈩,
