基于四電極法的CFRP結(jié)構(gòu)損傷檢測研究

【摘要】:碳纖維復(fù)合材料(CFRP)被廣泛用于航空航天領(lǐng)域,實現(xiàn)其結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測對提高適航審定的損傷容限探測水平、降低檢測成本具有重要意義。針對飛機使用的CFRP層壓結(jié)構(gòu)材料,利用碳纖維的自傳感特點及結(jié)構(gòu)損傷的電學(xué)敏感特性,基于四電極法提出3種激勵模式下的電阻抗無損檢測方法,以實現(xiàn)非侵入、無輻射、低成本的快速無損結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測。利用有限元分析軟件COMSOL構(gòu)建各向異性CFRP層壓板模型,通過提取有效電壓差與電壓靈敏度參數(shù),對比分析不同類型結(jié)構(gòu)損傷檢測效果,從而獲取適用于CFRP層壓板結(jié)構(gòu)損傷檢測的最優(yōu)激勵測量模式。綜合實驗結(jié)果表明,雙電極激勵模式整體表現(xiàn)較優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) is widely used in aerospace field. It is important to realize structural health monitoring for improving damage tolerance detection level and reducing detection cost.Aiming at the CFRP laminated structure materials used in aircraft, based on the characteristics of autobiographical induction of carbon fiber and electrical sensitivity of structural damage, three non-destructive testing methods for electrical impedance under three excitation modes are proposed based on the four-electrode method to realize non-invasive and radiation-free.Low cost fast non-destructive structural health monitoring.The anisotropic CFRP laminate model was constructed by using the finite element analysis software COMSOL. By extracting the effective voltage difference and voltage sensitivity parameters, the damage detection results of different types of structures were compared and analyzed.The optimal excitation mode for damage detection of CFRP laminates is obtained.The experimental results show that the dual electrode excitation mode is better.
