Ni-P金剛石化學(xué)復(fù)合鍍層制備及摩擦磨損性能分析

【摘要】:目的研究不同粒徑微米金剛石對(duì)Ni-P金剛石化學(xué)復(fù)合鍍層摩擦磨損性能的影響。方法選擇出一組優(yōu)良的Ni-P化學(xué)鍍工藝參數(shù),在鍍液中分別加入不同粒徑的金剛石微粒,制備含不同粒徑微米級(jí)金剛石顆粒的化學(xué)復(fù)合鍍層。用SEM和XRD,觀察并分析了不同粒徑金剛石對(duì)熱處理前后Ni-P金剛石化學(xué)復(fù)合鍍層微觀形貌和組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;通過(guò)硬度和摩擦磨損實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了不同粒徑金剛石顆粒對(duì)復(fù)合鍍層硬度及摩擦磨損性能的影響。結(jié)果制備的復(fù)合鍍層厚度為30μm左右,金剛石質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到21%~25%,且金剛石均勻分散在Ni-P鍍層中。熱處理前鍍層為非晶結(jié)構(gòu),經(jīng)過(guò)400℃×2 h的熱處理后,鍍層晶化為硬度更高的Ni3P。金剛石能提高鍍層硬度,其中粒徑為9μm的復(fù)合鍍層硬度最高,達(dá)到1261HV。Ni-P金剛石復(fù)合鍍層的摩擦系數(shù)為0.4~0.52,隨著金剛石粒徑的增大,摩擦系數(shù)不斷減小。金剛石使鍍層的磨損機(jī)制發(fā)生了變化,隨著金剛石粒徑的增大,硬質(zhì)合金球的磨損加劇。結(jié)論隨著金剛石粒徑的增大,鍍層硬度增加,摩擦系數(shù)減小,耐磨性增大。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of different diameters of micron diamond on the friction and wear properties of Ni-P diamond electroless composite coating.Methods A group of excellent Ni-P electroless plating process parameters were selected, diamond particles with different diameters were added to the bath to prepare the electroless composite coatings containing different micrometer diamond particles.The effect of diamond particle size on the microstructure and microstructure of Ni-P diamond electroless composite coating before and after heat treatment was observed and analyzed by SEM and XRD.The effect of diamond particle size on the hardness and friction and wear properties of composite coating was studied.Results the thickness of the composite coating was about 30 渭 m, the diamond mass fraction reached 21 ~ 25 and the diamond was evenly dispersed in the Ni-P coating.The coating was amorphous before heat treatment.
