石蠟填充碳納米管納米膠囊相變材料的制備及表征

【摘要】:以石蠟和經(jīng)硝酸處理過的碳納米管(CNTs)為原料,苯為溶劑,采用真空滲透法制備了納米膠囊相變材料,并通過透射電鏡、紅外光譜、差示熱量(DSC)等測試方法對樣品進行了表征。結(jié)果表明:石蠟成功填充到CNTs管內(nèi),且在CNTs管外基本沒有殘留的石蠟。石蠟填充CNTs的過程中,兩者之間僅是物理結(jié)合,沒有發(fā)生化學反應。由于CNTs的納米受限空間作用,納米膠囊相變材料的相變溫度比純石蠟降低了5℃,根據(jù)DSC測試得到相變潛熱值,計算得到填充在CNTs中石蠟的質(zhì)量分數(shù)為16.24%。此研究對于納米膠囊相變材料在太陽能儲存、微電子設備冷卻和節(jié)能技術(shù)中的應用具有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Phase change materials of nano-capsules were prepared by vacuum osmotic method using paraffin and CNTstreated carbon nanotubes treated with nitric acid as raw materials and benzene as solvent. The samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and differential calorimetric analysis (DSCS).The results showed that the paraffin was successfully filled into the CNTs tube and there was no residual paraffin wax outside the CNTs tube.In the process of filling CNTs with paraffin, there is only a physical combination between the two and there is no chemical reaction.The phase change temperature of phase change material of CNTs is 5 鈩,
