【摘要】：中國(guó)作為鉆石生產(chǎn)大國(guó),對(duì)于鉆石的加工還主要依賴于人工拋磨,然而鉆石在拋磨時(shí)表現(xiàn)出很強(qiáng)的各向異性,這嚴(yán)重影響了鉆石的拋磨效率。針對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題,深入研究了鉆石的拋磨機(jī)制,設(shè)計(jì)了基于uCOS-Ⅱ的鉆石亭面拋磨機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng),針對(duì)鉆石的各向異性提出了智能尋優(yōu)策略的解決方案,并在鉆石拋磨機(jī)械手上運(yùn)行,該系統(tǒng)可以通過(guò)壓力變化準(zhǔn)確地識(shí)別軟拋磨方向,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉆石的自動(dòng)化加工,解決了各向異性為鉆石加工帶來(lái)的加工困難且效率低下問(wèn)題。目前基于該控制系統(tǒng)的智能拋磨機(jī)械手已經(jīng)交付給鉆石生產(chǎn)廠商使用,并明顯提高了鉆石的加工效率和表面質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:China as diamond producing countries, for diamond processing mainly depend on manual polishing, while the diamond in the polishing showed strong anisotropy, which seriously affected the efficiency of diamond polishing. To solve this problem, in-depth study of the grinding mechanism of diamond, designed the uCOS- II diamond grinding pavilion the manipulator control system based on the anisotropic diamond gives a solution for intelligent optimization strategy, and polishing manipulator operation in diamond, the system can accurately identify the pressure changes through the soft grinding direction, so as to realize the automation of drilling processing stone, solve the anisotropy for diamond processing processing difficult and inefficient problems. At present the control system based on intelligent polishing manipulator has been delivered to the diamond producers, and significantly improve the diamond processing efficiency and surface quality.
