聚酰亞胺納米金屬氧化物復(fù)合薄膜的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:本文采用離子交換方法制備摻雜金屬氧化物的聚酰亞胺復(fù)合薄膜,利用XRF、XRD、SEM、TG等測(cè)試方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征和分析,并以亞甲基藍(lán)為目標(biāo)降解物考察其光催化活性,研究了金屬摻雜量以及熱處理溫度、時(shí)間對(duì)薄膜光催化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)Sn2+和Zn2+的物質(zhì)的量比為4:1、總離子濃度為0.3mol/L、熱處理410℃,熱處理4h時(shí)制得的復(fù)合薄膜對(duì)亞甲基藍(lán)光催化降解效率最高為96%。(2)Sn2+和Cr3+的物質(zhì)的量比為1:9、總離子濃度為0.1mol/L、熱處理480℃,熱處理4h,亞甲基藍(lán)的降解效率為95%。(3)當(dāng)KOH(4mol/L)刻蝕時(shí)間為0.5h,Ce3+離子濃度為0.5mol/L,熱處理溫度為480℃,熱處理4h時(shí),其光催化效率最高,亞甲基藍(lán)降解率可達(dá)95.5%。(4)當(dāng)KOH(4mol/L)刻蝕時(shí)間為3h,Ce3+與Fe3+濃度比為3:7時(shí),總離子溶度為0.25mol/L,熱處理溫度為440℃并處理4h時(shí),其光催化降解亞甲基藍(lán)溶液的效率可達(dá)93%。(5)Cu2+離子溶度為0.4mol/L,熱處理溫度為440℃并且熱處理3h時(shí),其光催化活性最高,亞甲基藍(lán)降解率可達(dá)96%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, polyimide composite films doped with metal oxides were prepared by ion exchange method. The films were characterized and analyzed by XRF- XRDX SEMTG, and their photocatalytic activity was investigated with methylene blue as the target degradation material.The effects of metal doping amount, heat treatment temperature and time on the photocatalytic properties of the films were studied.The results show that the mass ratio of Sn2 to Zn2 is 4: 1, the total ion concentration is 0.3 mol / L, and the heat treatment is 410 鈩,
