損傷條件下聚氯乙烯涂層膜結(jié)構(gòu)材料拉伸蠕變特性

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步研究膜結(jié)構(gòu)材料的力學(xué)特性,以機(jī)織聚氯乙烯涂層膜結(jié)構(gòu)材料為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其無損及單邊切口試樣的短期拉伸蠕變性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,分析切口尺寸及蠕變應(yīng)力對(duì)蠕變性能的影響,并對(duì)其拉伸蠕變特性進(jìn)行研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:無損及切口試樣的蠕變曲線均體現(xiàn)了初始蠕變和等速蠕變階段的特征。在同等凈切口蠕變應(yīng)力條件下,切口試樣的蠕變量小于無損試樣,且隨著切口尺寸的增加而降低。相對(duì)于Findley模型,4元件Burger模型較適合描述聚氯乙烯涂層膜結(jié)構(gòu)材料的短期蠕變行為。同時(shí),基于4元件Burger模型擬合系數(shù),分析了蠕變應(yīng)力及切口尺寸對(duì)初始蠕變應(yīng)變、緩彈性變形和黏性變形的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to further study the mechanical properties of membrane structure materials, the creep properties of non-destructive and one-sided notch specimens were tested with woven polyvinyl chloride coated membrane structure material as the research object. The influence of notch size and creep stress on creep performance is analyzed. The experimental results show that the creep curves of both nondestructive and notched specimens reflect the characteristics of initial creep and constant creep. Under the condition of the same net notch creep stress, The creep amount of notch specimen is smaller than that of non-destructive specimen, and decreases with the increase of notch size. Compared with Findley model, Burger model with 4 elements is more suitable to describe the short-term creep behavior of PVC coated membrane materials. The effects of creep stress and notch size on the initial creep strain, slow elastic deformation and viscous deformation are analyzed based on the fitting coefficients of the four-element Burger model.
