回收聚酯基合金同質(zhì)復(fù)合材料的微結(jié)構(gòu)與性能

【摘要】:由低溫固相擠出工藝制備了連續(xù)廢棄滌綸紡織品/回收聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(r-PET)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)同質(zhì)復(fù)合材料。采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、動態(tài)熱機械分析儀(DMA)、差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)、熱重分析儀(TGA)、毛細管流變儀及萬能電子拉力機等對含有不同編織結(jié)構(gòu)的廢棄滌綸紡織品復(fù)合材料微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明,線圈結(jié)構(gòu)的廢棄滌綸紡織品(F2)對復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)與性能影響最顯著。F2明顯改善了HDPE在r-PET中的分散性,提高了復(fù)合材料的表觀黏度、剛性以及熱穩(wěn)定性,并使得復(fù)合材料的拉伸強度、彎曲強度和彎曲模量分別提高了13.3%、28%和24%。
[Abstract]:Continuous waste polyester textile / recycled polyethylene terephthalate / high density polyethylene terephthalate (HDPE) homogenous composites were prepared by low temperature solid state extrusion process. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer (DMA), differential analysis (DMA) were used. The microstructure and properties of waste polyester textile composites with different braiding structures were studied by scanning calorimeter, thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), capillary rheometer and universal electronic tensioning machine. The structure and properties of the composite were most significantly affected by the waste polyester textile F2 with coil structure. F2 significantly improved the dispersion of HDPE in r-PET, and increased the apparent viscosity, rigidity and thermal stability of the composite. The tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus of the composites were increased by 13.328% and 24% respectively.
