【摘要】：通過添加不同比例的煤矸石構筑環(huán)境友好型阻燃材料類水滑石(LDHs),X射線衍射結果顯示LDHs結構完整。以乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)為基體樹脂,LDHs為復配阻燃劑制備EVA/LDHs復合材料。采用極限氧指數(shù)儀、錐形量熱儀、煙密度測試儀等研究了復合材料的燃燒性能和抑煙性能,并探討了相應的阻燃及抑煙作用機理。結果表明:EVA3[n(Mg2+)∶n(Al3+)為3∶1]的極限氧指數(shù)最高,達到28.30%;與純EVA相比,EVA/LDHs復合材料的熱釋放速率、質量損失、煙生成速率均顯著降低,表現(xiàn)出良好的阻燃性能;在點火和未點火情況下,復合材料均體現(xiàn)出良好的抑煙性能。
[Abstract]:By adding different proportion of coal gangue to build environment-friendly flame-retardant materials, the results of X-ray diffraction showed that the structure of LDHs was intact. The EVA/LDHs composite was prepared by using ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as matrix resin and flame retardant. Materials. Limit oxygen exponents, The combustion and smoke suppression properties of the composites were studied by cone calorimeter and smoke density tester. The flame retardancy and smoke suppression mechanism of the composites were also discussed. The results showed that the limit oxygen index of the composite was the highest when the ratio of% EVA3 was 3: 1. Compared with pure EVA, the heat release rate, mass loss and smoke formation rate of EVA / LDHs composites decreased significantly and showed good flame retardancy.
