磷酸鋯碟片粒徑對(duì)提高二氧化鈦懸浮液分散穩(wěn)定性的影響

【摘要】:制備納米二氧化鈦(TiO_2)分別和729.6,1 004.5,1 168.5nm 3種粒徑的磷酸鋯碟片(ZrP)混合納米懸浮液,研究了混合懸浮液的分散穩(wěn)定性。運(yùn)用穩(wěn)定性性分析儀,沉降實(shí)驗(yàn)和紫外-可見分光光度計(jì)綜合分析了納米懸浮液的分散穩(wěn)定性,并測(cè)量了混合懸浮液的粘度。結(jié)果表明,加入ZrP碟片后,TiO_2懸浮液的粘度增大,穩(wěn)定性提高;3種混合納米懸浮液的粘度相近,但ZrP粒徑最小的混合懸浮液,其分散穩(wěn)定性最好。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),3種混合納米懸浮液中,ZrP粒徑越小,顆粒團(tuán)聚粒徑和團(tuán)聚速度越小,其原因可能是ZrP碟片的粒徑越小,相同質(zhì)量濃度條件下碟片數(shù)目濃度越大,對(duì)TiO_2的空間位阻作用越強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Nano-titania TiO-2) and 729.6n 1 004.5N 1 168.5 nm nano-sized Zirconium Phosphate (Zirconium Phosphate) suspension were prepared, and the dispersion stability of the mixed suspensions was studied by using a stability analyzer. The dispersion stability of nano-suspension was analyzed by sedimentation experiment and UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and the viscosity of mixed suspension was measured. The results showed that the viscosity of TiO2 suspension increased with the addition of ZrP disc. The stability of the three kinds of mixed nano-suspensions is similar to that of the three kinds of mixed nano-suspensions, but the dispersion stability of the mixed suspensions with the smallest ZrP particle size is the best. It is found that the smaller the particle size of ZrP in the three kinds of mixed nano-suspensions is, The smaller the agglomeration size and agglomeration rate, the smaller the particle size of ZrP disc, and the greater the number and concentration of disc at the same mass concentration, the stronger the steric resistance to TiO_2.
