碳酸鹽沉淀法制備鈷氧化物超細(xì)粉末前驅(qū)體

【摘要】:研究了以CoCl2為原料、碳酸氫銨為沉淀劑制備鈷氧化物超細(xì)粉末前驅(qū)體,考察了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、物料加入方式及溶液pH對(duì)前驅(qū)體粒子形貌和煅燒后的鈷氧化物粉體粒子的粒徑及分布的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在溫度20℃左右、反應(yīng)時(shí)間60min、pH為7.0~8.0、正滴定條件下,制得粒徑約500nm、粒徑分布均勻、沉淀率高且煅燒后呈松散軟團(tuán)聚狀的鈷氧化物粉體粒子。
[Abstract]:The preparation of cobalt oxide ultrafine powder precursor using CoCl2 as raw material and ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant was studied. The reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The effects of material addition mode and solution pH on the morphology of precursor particles and the particle size and distribution of calcined cobalt oxide powders were investigated. The results showed that the reaction time was 60 min and pH was 7.0 ~ 8.0 at about 20 鈩,
