鋼制內(nèi)膽環(huán)纏繞氣瓶壁厚設(shè)計(jì)方法對比分析

【摘要】:由于相關(guān)鋼制內(nèi)膽環(huán)纏繞氣瓶設(shè)計(jì)制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中未明確指定內(nèi)膽壁厚的設(shè)計(jì)公式,使得市面上同樣規(guī)格的環(huán)纏繞氣瓶內(nèi)膽壁厚和自緊壓力等參數(shù)存在一定差異,給監(jiān)管工作帶來不便。首先全面總結(jié)了環(huán)纏繞氣瓶鋼制內(nèi)膽的設(shè)計(jì)方法,然后根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果建立有限元分析模型,對比分析了不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系設(shè)計(jì)的氣瓶內(nèi)膽壁厚的差異,以及由于壁厚差異而引起的纖維應(yīng)力比和自緊壓力的變化。結(jié)果表明,GB 5099相比于其他兩種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系內(nèi)膽設(shè)計(jì)壁厚偏大,相差約4.35%~6.0%;導(dǎo)致相應(yīng)的環(huán)纏繞氣瓶纖維應(yīng)力比相差3.5%~30.8%,自緊壓力的合理范圍也存在差異。
[Abstract]:Due to the unspecified design formula of the inner tank wall thickness in the design and manufacture standard of the steel inner ring winding gas cylinder, there are some differences in the parameters of the same specification on the market, such as the inner liner wall thickness and the self-tightening pressure, etc. This paper summarizes the design method of inner tank made of annular winding gas cylinder, and then establishes the finite element analysis model according to the design result, and compares and analyzes the difference of the inner wall thickness of gas cylinder designed with different standard system. The results show that the wall thickness of GB5099 is larger than that of the other two standard systems. The difference is about 4.35 and 6.0, which results in the difference of fiber stress ratio of the corresponding annular wound cylinders between 3.5 and 30.8, and the reasonable range of self-tightening pressure is also different.
