復(fù)合相變蓄冷劑性能研究

【摘要】:研制了一種適用于食品冷鏈運(yùn)輸?shù)膹?fù)合相變蓄冷劑。通過(guò)差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)對(duì)硝酸鉀、碳酸鈉的篩選,確定了以相變潛熱較高的硝酸鉀水溶液為基礎(chǔ),再與甘露醇、乳酸鈣進(jìn)行復(fù)配,最終確定蓄冷劑方案為硝酸鉀和乳酸鈣復(fù)配,并通過(guò)添加羧甲基纖維素鈉(CMC)作為增稠劑,使其保持溶膠態(tài)降低了流動(dòng)性。獲得蓄冷劑最優(yōu)配方為:3%(wt,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),下同)硝酸鉀,1%乳酸鈣,3%CMC,其余為水。該相變蓄冷劑的相變潛熱為308.2J/g,起始融化溫度(Onset溫度)為-3.79℃。往復(fù)融凍實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該蓄冷劑具有較好的穩(wěn)定性,無(wú)明顯的過(guò)冷及相分離,能長(zhǎng)期反復(fù)使用,可應(yīng)用于食品冷鏈運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:A compound phase change cold storage agent suitable for food cold chain transportation was developed. By the screening of potassium nitrate and sodium carbonate by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), it was determined that the solution of potassium nitrate with high latent heat of phase change was based on mannitol. The mixture of calcium lactate and potassium nitrate and calcium lactate was determined, and the fluidity was decreased by adding CMC as thickener.
