【摘要】:為研究制件成型過程中的層間滑移情況及固化后的回彈變形,首先,利用自行開發(fā)的熱隔膜成型裝置制備了熱固性樹脂基復(fù)合材料C型制件。同時(shí),針對(duì)熱隔膜成型過程建立了三維數(shù)值仿真模型;該模型由3個(gè)復(fù)合材料固化過程子模型構(gòu)成,包括熱-化學(xué)模型、層間滑移模型和固化變形模型。然后,在此基礎(chǔ)上將固化過程中復(fù)合材料性能的時(shí)變特性引入到仿真模型中,并將仿真結(jié)果與文獻(xiàn)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。最后,利用建立的仿真模型對(duì)熱隔膜成型過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,并與實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比對(duì),重點(diǎn)研究了成型過程中溫度、固化度分布、層間滑移以及固化變形情況。所得結(jié)果證明所建立的數(shù)值模型對(duì)熱隔膜成型過程的預(yù)測具有較高的可靠性及準(zhǔn)確性,可以為后續(xù)熱隔膜成型參數(shù)優(yōu)化和模具修正提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the interlaminar slip and springback deformation during the forming process of the parts, the thermosetting resin matrix composites C type parts were prepared by using the thermal diaphragm forming device developed by ourselves, at the same time, A three-dimensional numerical simulation model is established for the forming process of thermal diaphragm, which consists of three sub-models of curing process of composite materials, including thermo-chemical model, interlaminar slip model and solidification deformation model. On this basis, the time-varying properties of composite materials during the curing process are introduced into the simulation model, and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results in the literature. Finally, The simulation model is used to simulate the forming process of the thermal diaphragm, and compared with the experiment, the distribution of temperature and curing degree during the forming process is studied emphatically. The results show that the established numerical model has high reliability and accuracy in predicting the forming process of the thermal diaphragm, and can provide a reference for the optimization of the forming parameters of the thermal diaphragm and the modification of the die.
