填加造孔劑法制備泡沫鋁及其吸能性能

【摘要】:以尿素為造孔劑,采用填加造孔劑法制備泡沫鋁,系統(tǒng)研究了成型燒結(jié)溫度、孔隙率和孔徑大小對(duì)泡沫鋁吸能性能的影響,在此過程中采用電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)和數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)(DIC)技術(shù)同步測試分析。結(jié)果表明:填加造孔劑法可以良好的控制泡沫鋁的孔隙率和孔徑;泡沫鋁的最佳成型燒結(jié)溫度為650℃,在此溫度下,泡沫鋁的壓縮屈服強(qiáng)度達(dá)到10.7 MPa;隨著孔隙率的降低,泡沫鋁的屈服強(qiáng)度和平臺(tái)應(yīng)力逐漸提高,材料吸能性能有顯著增強(qiáng);當(dāng)孔徑小于2.0 mm時(shí),隨著孔徑的增大,材料的吸能性能小幅提高。DIC技術(shù)可以直觀的表征泡沫材料力學(xué)行為,具有良好的工程應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The effect of sintering temperature, porosity and pore size on the energy absorption properties of aluminum foams was systematically studied by using urea as a pore-forming agent to prepare aluminum foams by filling and pore-making agent method, and the effects of sintering temperature, porosity and pore size on the energy absorption properties of aluminum foams were studied. In this process, the electronic universal testing machine and the digital image correlation (DIC) technique were used to test and analyze simultaneously. The results show that the porosity and pore size of aluminum foams can be well controlled by the method of adding pore-forming agent, and the optimum sintering temperature of foamed aluminum is 650 鈩,
