【摘要】:光催化性能和超親水性能作為自清潔薄膜的重要性能,具有優(yōu)異的光催化性能的半導體材料TiO2,其內部價帶的電子在光照條件下吸收光子躍遷到導帶,從而產(chǎn)生了電子-空穴對,電子與空穴的作用分別為還原空氣中的氧和將吸附的污染物氧化分解為CO2、H2O等無機小分子,因此可以應用于空氣的凈化、廢水的處理以及自清潔等方面,因此引起了企業(yè)以及消費者的關注。針對純相Ti O2材料在實際應用中存在著光吸收范圍僅限在紫外光區(qū)的缺點,并且存在著光生載流子容易重新復合的缺陷,因此,論文中采用了溶劑熱的方法制備出了二氧化鈦與鈦酸鹽復合體薄膜,在光催化性能以及超親水性能上有很大的提高,而且解決了上述純相TiO2材料的缺點,并且由于這個過程的成本低以及沒有二次污染的優(yōu)點,因此有著廣闊的應用前景。本論文主要研究內容如下:1.采用簡單的溶劑熱方法,合成過程是以鈦酸四丁酯為鈦源,六水合硝酸鎳為鎳源合成了具有花狀結構的NiTiO3-TiO2復合體薄膜,并對其光學性質、光電化學性質以及光催化性能進行了研究。該復合體薄膜是具有超親水性能的,且對1×10-5 mol/L的次甲基藍溶液具有很好的降解效率。2.采用溶劑熱的方法合成了納米線陣列形貌的Bi2Ti2O7-TiO2復合體薄膜,合成過程是以鈦酸四丁酯為鈦源,五水合硝酸鉍為鉍源,無水乙醇和甘油為溶劑,對其形貌特征及光學性能進行研究,而且對其光電化學性質、光催化性能以及超親水性能進行了探討。合成的Bi2Ti2O7-TiO2復合薄膜對1×10-5 mol/L的羅丹明B溶液和5 mg/L的苯酚溶液都具有相當好的降解效果。論文中合成的復合體薄膜光滑透明,致密均勻,無彩虹效應且不開裂,制備過程簡單,極易控制,成本低廉且原料組成成分少,并且去除效率高、耗能較少,因此,完全可以作為優(yōu)異的環(huán)境友好型材料。
[Abstract]:Photocatalytic properties and superhydrophilicity are important properties of self-cleaning thin films. Because of their excellent photocatalytic properties, the valence band electrons in the semiconductor material TiO2 absorb photons to the conduction band under the illumination conditions, resulting in electron-hole pairs. The effect of electron and hole is to reduce oxygen in air and decompose the adsorbed pollutants into inorganic molecules such as CO _ 2H _ 2O, so they can be used in air purification, wastewater treatment and self-cleaning, etc. Therefore, it has attracted the attention of enterprises and consumers. In the practical application of pure phase TIO _ 2 materials, the optical absorption range is limited to the ultraviolet region, and the photogenerated carriers are easy to recombine. In this paper, TIO _ 2 / titanate composite films were prepared by solvothermal method. The photocatalytic properties and superhydrophilicity of TIO _ 2 / titanate composite films were greatly improved, and the disadvantages of the pure phase TiO2 materials mentioned above were solved. Because of the advantages of low cost and no secondary pollution, this process has a broad application prospect. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. Using simple solvothermal method, the synthesis process is based on tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source. NiTiO3-TiO2 composite thin films with flower-like structure were synthesized by nickel nitrate hexahydrate. Their optical, photochemical and photocatalytic properties were studied. The Bi2Ti2O7-TiO2 composite film with nanowire array morphology was synthesized by solvothermal method. Tetrabutyl titanate was used as titanium source, bismuth nitrate pentahydrate as bismuth source, and tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and bismuth nitrate pentahydrate as bismuth source. The morphology and optical properties of anhydrous ethanol and glycerol were studied, and their photochemical properties were also studied. The photocatalytic properties and superhydrophilicity of Bi2Ti2O7-TiO2 composite films were investigated. The synthesized Bi2Ti2O7-TiO2 composite films have good degradation effects on Rhodamine B solution of 1 脳 10 ~ (-5) mol/L and phenol solution of 5 mg/L. The synthesized composite films are smooth, transparent and uniform. No rainbow effect and no cracking, the preparation process is simple, easy to control, low cost, low composition of raw materials, high removal efficiency, less energy consumption, so it can be used as an excellent environment-friendly material.
