Au-Pt海膽狀納米結(jié)構(gòu)的合成研究

【摘要】:采用油胺為還原劑和穩(wěn)定劑,通過(guò)晶種生長(zhǎng)法制備了Au-Pt海膽狀納米結(jié)構(gòu),研究了各種合成條件對(duì)產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)及形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明,空氣氣氛下不能合成Au-Pt雙金屬雜聚體結(jié)構(gòu);Pt(acac)2和H2PtCl6·6H2O兩種Pt前體對(duì)于產(chǎn)物形貌沒有明顯影響;強(qiáng)極性的1-十八烯參與合成反應(yīng)時(shí)不易得到海膽狀的雙金屬結(jié)構(gòu);不同Au/Pt配比對(duì)產(chǎn)物形貌影響的研究指出,Au-Pt海膽狀雜聚體結(jié)構(gòu)的形成是因?yàn)楹筮原的Pt會(huì)傾向性地沉積到先還原成核的Au納米顆粒的特定表面。一鍋法合成得到了AuPt合金結(jié)構(gòu),表明后還原的Pt以Au為晶種,在小尺寸效應(yīng)作用下使顆粒發(fā)生納米尺度的原子擴(kuò)散形成了帶濃度梯度的AuPt合金。
[Abstract]:Au-Pt sea urchin nanostructures were prepared by seed growth with oleamine as reductant and stabilizer. The effects of various synthetic conditions on the structure and morphology of the products were studied. The structure of Au-Pt bimetallic heteropolymer can not be synthesized in the air atmosphere. The precursor of Pt and H _ 2PtCl _ 6 路6H _ 2O have no obvious influence on the morphology of the product, and the strongly polar 1-18 enene is not easy to obtain the bimetallic structure of sea urchin when participating in the synthesis reaction. The effects of different Au/Pt ratios on the morphology of the products indicate that the formation of the structure of Au-Pt sea urchin heteropolymer is due to the tendency of post-reduced Pt to deposit on the specific surface of au nanoparticles firstly reduced to nucleate. The structure of AuPt alloy was obtained by one-pot synthesis. The results show that after reduction of Pt, au is used as seed, and the particles are diffused in nanometer scale to form AuPt alloy with concentration gradient under the action of small size effect.
