【摘要】：目的研究表面織構(gòu)對金屬-聚甲醛(POM)摩擦副磨損行為和機(jī)理的影響。方法通過光刻-電解的方法加工出帶有不同參數(shù)凹坑的不銹鋼試樣與聚甲醛(POM)材料配副,在萬能摩擦磨損試驗機(jī)上進(jìn)行摩擦磨損實驗,以評價其摩擦學(xué)性能。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、三維形貌儀和SEM對磨損后的表面形貌以及磨屑形態(tài)進(jìn)行觀察分析。結(jié)果凹坑深度為5μm、面積率為10%時,減磨效果最明顯,磨損率相比無織構(gòu)試樣下降了36.2%。凹坑深度為10μm時,表面織構(gòu)的引入起到了增大磨損的效果。結(jié)論合適參數(shù)的表面織構(gòu)能夠有效減小大面積的材料粘著轉(zhuǎn)移現(xiàn)象,對摩擦副具有良好的減磨效果。不恰當(dāng)?shù)谋砻婵棙?gòu)參數(shù)會在凹坑邊緣引發(fā)嚴(yán)重的應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致不銹鋼試樣對軟材料微切削作用產(chǎn)生,這也是材料磨損率急劇增大的原因。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of surface texture on wear behavior and mechanism of metal-polyformaldehyde (POM) friction pair. Friction and wear experiments were carried out on a universal friction and wear tester to evaluate its tribological properties. Results when the depth of the pit is 5 渭 m and the area ratio is 10, the wear reduction effect is the most obvious, and the wear rate is 36.2% lower than that of the non-texture sample. When the pit depth is 10 渭 m, the wear rate is 36.2% lower than that of the non-textured sample, and the depth of the pit is 10 渭 m. Conclusion the surface texture with appropriate parameters can effectively reduce the adhesion transfer phenomenon of large area of materials. Improper surface texture parameters can lead to serious stress concentration at the edge of the pit, which leads to the micro-cutting of stainless steel to soft material, which is the reason of the material wear rate increasing rapidly.
