加工工藝對炭黑填充聚合物雙基體復(fù)合材料導(dǎo)電性能的影響

【摘要】:制備了炭黑(CB)填充高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)雙基體復(fù)合材料,研究了加料順序、混合時間對復(fù)合材料導(dǎo)電性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,CB主要分布在HDPE相中;采用CB首先填充EVA然后與HDPE混合,或采用EVA/HDPE共混物與CB混合的加工策略,均可獲得導(dǎo)電性較優(yōu)的導(dǎo)電復(fù)合材料.然而,混合過程顯著影響CB填充雙基體復(fù)合材料的導(dǎo)電性.采用EVA/HDPE共混物與CB混合法加工復(fù)合材料,導(dǎo)電性受相形態(tài)演化影響較小.
[Abstract]:High density polyethylene (HDPE) / ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) double matrix composites filled with carbon black (CB) were prepared. The effects of feeding order and mixing time on the electrical conductivity of the composites were studied. The results showed that CB was mainly distributed in the HDPE phase. When CB is first filled with EVA and then mixed with HDPE, or EVA/HDPE blends are mixed with CB, conductive composites with better conductivity can be obtained. The electric conductivity of CB filled double matrix composites was significantly affected by mixing process, and the electrical conductivity was less affected by the evolution of phase morphology when EVA/HDPE blend and CB were used to process the composites.
