微晶纖維素改性對聚乙烯醇薄膜性能的影響

【摘要】:目的研究不同添加量的微晶纖維素(MCC)對聚乙烯醇(PVA)薄膜性能的影響。方法通過共混溶液流延法制備得到MCC質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)不同(0%,1%,2%,3%,4%)的PVA薄膜,測定分析MCC含量不同對PVA薄膜的顏色、光學(xué)性能、力學(xué)性能、阻隔性能、熱穩(wěn)定性和表面微觀形態(tài)的影響。結(jié)果隨著MCC含量的增加,PVA薄膜的透光率和斷裂伸長率顯著降低,霧度和抗拉強(qiáng)度顯著增加,與純PVA薄膜相比,MCC質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為4%的PVA薄膜的抗拉強(qiáng)度增加了64.8%,斷裂伸長率降低了14.7%,水蒸氣透過系數(shù)顯著降低。當(dāng)MCC質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)從0%增加到3%時(shí),薄膜的氧氣透過系數(shù)由2.145×10~(-16) cm~3·cm/(cm~2·s·Pa)降低到1.393×10~(-16) cm~3·cm/(cm~2·s·Pa),但當(dāng)MCC質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為4%時(shí),薄膜的氧氣透過系數(shù)略有增加。MCC的加入使得薄膜的熱穩(wěn)定性提高,初始分解溫度略有升高,當(dāng)MCC質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為4%時(shí),薄膜表面和橫截?cái)嗝婢植繀^(qū)域可以觀察到少量的大顆粒出現(xiàn)團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論 MCC的加入提高了PVA薄膜的力學(xué)性能、疏水性、阻隔性、熱穩(wěn)定性,控制好其加入量可以有效改善PVA薄膜的性能。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of different amount of microcrystalline cellulose on the properties of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films. Methods the PVA films with different MCC mass fraction were prepared by solution flow extension method. The color of PVA films with different MCC content was determined and analyzed. The effects of optical properties, mechanical properties, barrier properties, thermal stability and surface micromorphology. Results with the increase of MCC content, the transmittance and elongation at break decreased significantly, and the fog and tensile strength increased significantly. Compared with pure PVA films, the tensile strength of PVA films with mass fraction of 4% increases by 64.8%, elongation at break decreases by 14.7and the water vapor transmittance decreases significantly. When the mass fraction of MCC increases from 0% to 3, the tensile strength of PVA films increases from 0% to 3. The oxygen transmittance of the films decreased from 2.145 脳 10 ~ (-16) cm~3 路cm/(cm~2 路s 路Pa) to 1.393 脳 10 ~ (-1) cm~3 路cm/(cm~2 路s 路Pa.However, when the mass fraction of MCC was 4, the oxygen transmittance of the films increased slightly. When the mass fraction of MCC is 4, a small amount of large particles can be observed in the local area of the film surface and cross-section. Conclusion the addition of MCC can improve the mechanical properties, hydrophobicity, barrier and thermal stability of PVA films. The properties of PVA films can be effectively improved by controlling the addition amount.
